Guarantee / Return Policy
Get Etched takes pride in offering high quality products. We hope that you’re happy with the personalized products available here. If you need to return a product, please first contact us so we can ensure that everything goes smoothly with your product return. We cannot accept returns without authorization.
Email correspondence regarding returns should be sent to info@getetched.com. We’re also available by phone at 877-838-2433.
Credits-refunds for authorized returns will be issued within 30 days from receipt. Merchandise must be in original packaging; and, in the case of non-personalized products, it must be in sellable condition. A restocking fee of 15% may be charged for returned items. We can not accept any returns of items after 30 days of receipt.
No refunds will be given for shipping costs.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods will be shipped at prices in effect at time of shipping.
Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 7 business days from when your order was placed. Product descriptions may provide a shipping estimate time to ship. If you require a rush order, expedited shipping is available and you are welcome to call us at 877-838-2433 to discuss special arrangements.

No Minimum Order Requirement!
Get Etched has no minimum order requirement for most of our products. Quantity requirements for products such as production run etchings and promotional chips are provided on the individual product description pages.
Back Orders
Any item that is out of stock will be backordered for shipment when product is available, unless stated otherwise. All items are subject to availability and prior sale.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Maine (5%).
